RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Steps: Login > Click My Orders > Make a return

  • We offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • During the delivery process, you have the option to inspect your order while the courier waits. However, please note that in case of returns or exchanges you will need to return the entire shipment rather than keeping a partial selection.
  • Please Note: we do not offer the option that you receive only part of the package and pay solely for the items you choose to keep.
  • If you wish to initiate a return or exchange after receiving your order, please reach out to us via direct message on Instagram or submit a return request on our website.
  • We strive to provide a seamless and professional experience for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding to our exchange and refund policy.

Refunds for Online Card Payments:

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery:

  • Refund will be on a bank account or InstaPay

Qualifying for Return:

  • Unworn
  • Tags attached
  • Undamaged, not soiled or no smells of perfumes/scents

Exchange (Egypt Customers):

  • Shipping fees will be charged for collection and delivery for multiple exchanges
  • Email customercare@ecruapparel.com to confirm size and arrange exchange.
